A Centre of Geriatric Excellence

Centrally located just off McBride Boulevard, Queen’s Park Care Centre has been serving New Westminster and surrounding communities for over 30 years.

This multi-generational campus, featuring multi-level care with interdisciplinary teams of caregivers is recognized as playing a vital role in the health care community of New Westminster.  We are proud of what this site has to offer – from long-term Residential Care to shorter-stay Sub Acute Care and a range of Outpatient Geriatric Services.

We have recently added a Convalescent Care Program, a first in Fraser Health, as well as a Rehabilitation Sub Acute Program for patients with conditions that no longer require acute hospital care.  These programs, along with our Hospice, are all located on our newly renovated third floor.
