          General Donation – see MAKE A DONATION

          Tribute – In Honour
                   Make a donation to honour someone who is celebrating a
                   special occasion or to a staff member whose care was
                   extraordinary.  You will receive a TAX RECEIPT and we
                   will send a card with your occasion message to the
                   person(s) being honoured.

          Tribute – in Memory
                   Make a donation in memory of someone who has passed
                   away.  You will receive a TAX RECEIPT for your
                   generous gift, and we will send a card acknowledging
                   your thoughtful gift to the person’s family.

          Wills, Bequests
                   Naming Queen’s Park Healthcare Foundation as a
                   Beneficiary in your will is simply a different way for the
                   Care Centre to benefit from your generosity.  Charitable
                   bequests provide donors with the opportunity to minimize
                   personal taxes and maximize public benefit.
