For over 35 years we have been raising funds for The Queen’s Park Care Centre to provide rehabilitation excellence for patients on their journey to recovery and supportive care within a living environment for seniors unable to live at home.

The Queen’s Park Care Centre plays a vital role in the community by providing a geriatric axis and a newly established rehabilitation centre of excellence, the first of its kind in Fraser Health – making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of its residents, their families, and assisting seniors in our community to ensure that they feel cared for and connected.

The mission of Queen’s Park Care Centre is to maintain the integrity of residents and patients in the areas of health, privacy, dignity and independence to the greatest extent possible.
