Queen’s Park Care Centre plays a vital role in the community by providing a centre of geriatric and rehabilitation excellence – making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of patients, clients, residents and families, and assisting seniors in our community to ensure that they feel cared for and connected.

Queen’s Park Care Centre, operated by Fraser Health, now offers a variety of innovative services provided by interdisciplinary care teams to meet the needs of patients, clients and residents. Queen’s Park Care Centre:

• Provides long term Residential Care and creates a home for those who can no longer live independently;
• Assists patients to optimize their level of function and independence in activities important to them through the provision of specialized inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation services
• Promotes seniors to be as independent as possible, while providing support and respite for families and caregivers through the Community Day Program for Older Adults.
